This is were your patient can go on, look at the dates you have available and book a time slot for the day available.
As soon as they book their appointment, they get a text notification notifying them of their appointment as well as another notification a day before their appointment and even 30 minutes and 10 minutes before their appointment.
The booking systems asks all relevant questions from medical aid authorization numbers to their personal information, it even tells them how to get an authorization from their medical aid, lifting up the burdens from your receptionists.
